Board of Directors

The board of directors has the following elected officers:

• President: Serves as chief executive officer of the corporation and presides at all meetings

• 1st Vice President: Performs the duties of the president whenever the president is absent or unable to act as president

• 2nd Vice President: Performs the duties of the president whenever the president and the 1st vice president are absent or unable to act as president

• Secretary: Keeps minutes of board meetings, holds custody of the seal of corporation and is in-charge of the membership transfer papers

• Treasurer: Has financial responsibility for securities, deposits and ledger accuracy
