Community Center

Colonial Square Cooperative has a handicap-accessible Community Center that is a multi-use building with a fully-functional kitchen. The building is available for members to rent for approved functions. Many members take advantage of the building for graduations, weddings, baby showers and other family and guest functions.

Please note that you must keep a 3-foot-wide aisle open to allow access to each of the four exits. Do not block the exits. Be sure to take note of where the fire extinguisher is located before your guests arrive.
